Hey There Pretty Birds,
It’s that day again: Monday, the start of a new week. In case you’re like us and need a little encouragement to get yourselves motivated, here’s our latest episode of “The Magic,” to raise your spirits and get your productive juices flowing. In this installment, we look at the special little and big things that inspire the style of talented handbag designer Sara Battaglia.
The Italian designer, who started her eponymous line two-and-a-half years ago, comes from a family of creatives. Her older sister is Giovanna Battaglia, the highly sought after stylist and fashion icon, her father was a painter and her stunning mother, a sculptor. Sara caught the creative bug at an early age when she regularly created ensembles for her Barbie dolls and dreamed of growing up to be Salvador Dalì. She put her love for fashion into motion after graduating from art school by working with various prestigious Italian fashion houses. After experiencing first hand some of the most important elements of Italian craftsmanship, she embarked on creating her handbag line.
We’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Sara over the past few years and admire her talent and personal style. We’ve also had the fortune of seeing glimpses of what makes her personal vision so brilliant and wanted to share that with you. Please enjoy the video – Sara’s got the MAGIC and as she says “Work hard, play harder.” Knock ’em dead this week!
