Hey there Pretty Birds,
there’ s one more fashion week to go, and as we prepare our suitcases for Paris, we’re also thinking about all our favorite food spots in town – you know us by now, we’re real foodies. If you’re also heading for La Ville Lumière this week, here is a list of places that save our lives (and stomachs!) in between the shows… Tell us what you think about them and do let us know which are your favorite places in town – we’re always looking for new yummy suggestions : )
Claus, 11 Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau – amazing petit-déjeuners, make sure you try their pastries, their eggs, the tea and… the champagne!
Café Angelina, 226 Rue de Rivoli – the best hot chocolate in town (and delicious cakes too!).
Le Relais de l’Entrecôte, 15 Rue Marbeuf – red meat and home-made french fries. Amazing sauce – its recipe is a very well kept secret!
Bar du Central, 99 Rue Saint-Dominique – for free WIFI and a glass of white wine.
Kunitoraya, 5 Rue Villedo – for a hot-plate of yummy noodles.
Le Coq Rico, 98 rue Lepic – for a crunchy roasted chicken.
La Durée, 16-18 rue Royale ; 75, avenue des Champs Elysées – their rose milkshakes put us in a good mood.
Ferdi, 32 Avenue du Mont Thabor – voted the best hamburger in town by our Parisian friends. We agree.
Bob’s Juice Bar, 15 Rue Lucien Sampaix, Marais – smoothies, protein shakes and fresh squeezed bio juices.
Clasico Argentino, 56 rue de Saintonge, Marais – awesome empanadas. Sooo good!
Pâtisserie Popelini, 29 Rue de Belleyme; 44 Rue de Martyrs – for a choux à la creme to go. Yum.
Le Cinq-Mars, 51 Rue de Verneuil – typical french food. We love the french soup and the chocolate mousse.
La Laiterie Sainte Clotilde, 64 Rue de Bellechasse – great meat restaurant.
Brasserie Thoumieux, 79 Rue Saint-Dominique – another Costes spot, good hamburgers for lunch or dinner.
Twinkie Breakfasts, 167 Rue Saint Denis – one of our favorite breakfast spots, that’s were we get our eggs benedict.
Blueberry, 6 Rue de Sabot – if you’re craving some japanese maki, this is the place to go.
La Société, 4 Place Saint-Germain, Saint-Germain – another Costes spot, that’s where we always go on our first night in town. A must for dinner.
Azabu, 3 Rue André Mazet – amazing sushi.
Ravi, 50, rue de Verneuil – Indian restaurant, Scarlet Johansson goes there too.
Le Chardenoux des Pres, 27 Rue du Dragon – amazing rognons de veau (veal kidney).
Coffee Parisien, 4, rue Princesse; 7, rue Gustave Courbet – another one of our favorite hang-outs for hamburger lovers.
