Hey There Gorgeous Birds,
Just in time for the weekend, we bring you the latest Tamu’s Cafe. I know, it’s been forever. I’m so psyched to be back. There are some changes. I’ll be “running” the “Cafe” on my own from now on as the Gnam Box boys are traveling the world promoting their new book, In Food We Trust, and a bevy of other amazing projects. I’m so happy for them and so proud of the fantastic episodes that we filmed together. I’m sure that we’ll reunite in a nearby kitchen sometime soon.
In the meantime, I bring you my latest guest, the very spicy and fabulous Carolina Sanchez who designs the super adorable swimwear line Los Trapitos al Sol. Carolina hails from Colombia and will be showing us how to make Arepas con Guacamole e Ogado as well as Limonada de Coco. – fresh coconut milk
– lime
– dark and light rums
