My holiday beauty bag

by Tamu McPherson

Hi Pretty Birds,

it’s time for me to fill up my beauty bag for the holidays: from cleansers to moisturizers for face and body, take a look at what I’m going to pack. Happy Easter!

Luca’s Papaw Ointment 75 g: to be used after an entire day under the sun or in case of bug bites; it is an immediate relief for my skin! The secret is all in the formulation, which contains papaya. Recommended for all green beauties.

Tata Harper Rebuilding Moisturizer: a lightweight, easily absorbed cream that gives a matte effect (perfect for my combination skin!). Enriched with hyaluronic acid, this moisturizer has anti aging properties as well: what more could you ask for?

Tata Harper Revitalizing Body Oil: I love all Tata Harper products! This body oil is simply delicious.

Tata Harper Fortifying Body Lotion: this body lotion will leave your skin tingling with energy! Nourishing and hydrating, I use it after my shower!

Supergoop! Skin Soothing Mineral Sunscreen: you should never go out without a layer of sun protection on your face. This sunscreen soothes skin and offers a high-factor protection. I love its formulation, which contains olive polyphenols and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that will calm redness, irritation and inflammation. PS: if you have sensitive skin, this is perfect for you!

Colbert Balance Purifying Cleanser: this is a cleanser with some extra oomph: cleansing, refreshing, and with anti-age benefits.

Alvera All Natural Roll-on Deodorant Aloe Unscented: you can’t leave for the holidays without a good deodorant in your bag. I choose this natural roll-on product, free from animal ingredients, alcohol, coloring and preservatives and with a 75% of aloe.

Bioderma Sensibio H20: I’ve often seen this backstage at fashion shows: models love it. The reason is clear: it removes makeup, even waterproof, from the face and eyes, perfectly and gently. No need to rinse, and less risk of any irritation caused by cleansing. Once you try it, this becomes a must-have product!

Brecourt Paris Rosa Gallica: I bought it in Cortina this Christmas. I love all fragrances inspired by rose, the queen of flowers and the very symbol of Spring. After I bought this fragrance, I did a bit of online research, discovering that Rosa Gallica, quite rare, is the rose from which all other types are derived… all the more reason to put this stunning perfume in my beauty bag!!
