It’s #TrainTuesday and here I am with a new fitness moment for you. This time I’m focusing on arms as I’m dreaming of lots of slinky, spaghetti strap, slip dresses in my closet for SS16. 1. Plank Arm Rows – 1 Minute
2. Bicep Curl to Overhead Press – 1 Minute
3. Reverse Flys- 1 Minute
4. Modified Push Ups – 1 Minute
5. Squat Arm Curls – 1 Minute
6. Dips on Bench- 30 Seconds
