I’m back with a new fitness moment. This time I’m focusing on shoulder shaping exercises that will get you ready for Summer’s off-the-shoulder tops, as well as bikinis and what every else you have in mind. ‘Cause there’s nothing like sun-kissed sculpted shoulders.

1. Alternating Plank Front Raises – 1 Minute
2. Side Plank Reverse Fly – 1 Minute
3. Single Leg Deadlift Reverse Fly – 1 Minute (30 seconds each side)
4. Burpee to Shoulder Press – 1 Minute
5. Plank Walks – 1 Minute
6. Shoulder Press – 1 Minute
1 Minute Recovery for Beginners, for intermediate try to decrease recovery time.
