Hey there Pretty Birds,
I’m enjoying every minute of Summer 16: spending time with family and friends, indulging in my local Hampton’s attractions, and enjoying the huge variety of workout options available in the area. Speaking of which, I am currently feeling strong, my endurance and resistance are up, and now I’m working with my friend Maddie of Dance Body to correct/tweak some weak muscles and joints. What are you doing to boost your over-all fitness? If you are looking for a new routine to up your core stability as well as your upper and total body strength, these Plank Splitter Exercises – that may be just what you need. 1. Star Jumps- 20 sec
2. Dynamic Runner Lunges- 30 sec
3. Plank Walk- 20 sec
4. Press ups- 20 sec
5. High Plank Arm Reaches- 20 sec alternating
6. Split Squats- right leg-20 sec, left leg-20 sec
