I’m enjoying every minute of Summer 16: spending time with family and friends, indulging in my local Hampton’s attractions, and enjoying the huge variety of workout options available in the area. Speaking of which, I am currently feeling strong, my endurance and resistance are up, and now I’m working with my friend Maddie of Dance Body to correct/tweak some weak muscles and joints. 5. High Plank Arm Reaches- 20 sec alternating
6. Split Squats- right leg-20 sec, left leg-20 sec
