A great source of vitamins and fibers, they’re well known to help in the prevention of cancer and infections. Chewing carrots helps keep healthy teeth and gums and satisfies your sugar cravings. This power veggie is delicious with some hummus, guacamole or just a pinch of salt.

A Handful Of Nuts (And Dried Fruits)

I guess you all know nuts are my favorite thing in the whole world. I love every single variety, but on top of my list are cashews and macadamia nuts. They are a great source of good fats, omega3 and vitamins. Enjoy them with dried fruits or add flavors like parsley, rosemary, paprika and salt. (soooo good!)
