We Cover the Grazia UK Luxe Issue Pretty Birds!

Is it me or have these last few days just been an onslaught of stellar cover stories dropping in Magazine Land left, right and center? I may never recover from the bombshell of Michelle Obama being interviewed by my true spiritual guide, Oprah Winfrey, for this month’s Elle U.S. – and frankly there is no need to recover from sheer bliss.
But there is one more cover I’d like to gush about. In a moment of pure magic, I am sharing the cover of the Grazia UK’s Luxe Issue with Camille Charriere, Susie Bubble (Susie Lau) and Veronika Heilbrunner. So many feels about this accolade!! The cover story, “The Gram Girl Gang, On the Reality of Living Online 24/7”, looks into how we all got our start in digital publishing, how we have evolved with the times, and our relationships with the luxury industry. You may not be aware, but this month marks the 10 year anniversary of All the Pretty Birds. It started with my timid and uncertain foot in the waters of the vast blogging sea, specifically at the lat long coordinates of Street Style. And ten years in, we are a small but immensely ambitious group of women catching the wave that allows us to bring you the most unique experience possible – it’s coming, my loves. Patience is one of the sweetest virtues.
Covering this issue with such mega-accomplished digital forces as Susie, Camille and Veronika gives me a dose of comfort, encouragement and assurance that the path that I am paving is the best for All the Pretty Birds. Acknowledgement for the work that I’ve done over the past 10 years, and for the knowledge that I have subsequently amassed, helps to ground me as the team and I plot our exciting future path.
During the interview with Grazia’s Fashion Director, Rebecca Lowthorpe, I mentioned that your feedback and engagement has been an invaluable and active light in my evolution from street style photographer to all around digital creative. You, Pretty Birds, coaxed me to come from behind the lens and share my personal style. You showed interest in my passion for fitness, food and wellness beyond my street style captures. You cheered for me in my various design projects and director roles. I can clearly remember the comments and suggestions that you have provided with me over these past 10 years, and I know that your input has been a key ingredient in getting me and ATPB here and on this first cover. So I would like to share it with you. Happy 10 years to us, and to many more.
Love and always love,
