The Bi-Lateral Running Cool Down By Tamu McPherson

Hey There Pretty Birds,

Many of you ask me about warming up and cooling down before and after a run. With the Olympics closing this past Sunday (congrats to all the athletes and a special shout out to Usain Bolt and Team Jamaica!) , I thought it was the perfect time to share an easy and thorough post-run cool down with you. Here are three simple stretches that will help your body relax after hitting the track or the roads:
1. Lying Hamstring Stretch- 30 Seconds Each Leg
2. Figure Four Stretch- 30 Seconds Each Leg
3. Side Lying Quadriceps Stretch- 30 Seconds Each Leg

Enjoy!
