My Theresa Workout #8: Mini-Circuit Training Part. 3

We are finally accumulating warm days, ones we can spend outside enjoying the energy of the new season. And as we continue to worship the sun with our bodies and souls, I bring you the third mini-circuit training session of our My Theresa Workout series. I don’t know about you, but I love to feel the sun’s rays awaken every part of my body, and it feels better when my muscles, joints and limbs have already been activated through exercise in anticipation of the magic. Enjoy your glow!

Here is the run of our mini-circuit #3:
1. The squat thruster is a total body workout which will boost up your body metabolism and your cardiovascular health. Complete 3 to 4 sets of 12-14 reps.

2. V-ups target the abdominal muscles, tone down the obliques, strengthen your back muscles and challenge the entire core. Complete 2 to 3 sets of 12-15 reps.

3. The tricep pushup is one of the most powerful and effective ways to strengthen your triceps and tone the back of your arms. Complete 2 to 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
