Hey There Pretty Birds,
It’s #traintuesday and I’m focusing on achieving sexy, long, and lean legs for days! I don’t know about you, but I have a weakness for pencil skirts with thigh-high splits as they create a truly sexy and sophisticated silhouette. I adore the glimpse of a well-toned leg that the style offers when I’m running between appointments or out to dinner. If you check out Joseph Altuzarra’s collections you’ll see what I’m talking about. What about you? What’s your leg game? In addition to achieving a healthy physique is there anything else that inspires you about strong legs?
1. Warm Up: Shuffle – 1 Minute
2. Walking Lunges- 1 Minute
3. Wood Chops – 1 Minute
4. Lateral Squat – 1 Minute (30 seconds each side)
5. Squats with Shoulder Press – 1 Minute
6. Squats – 1 Minute
1 Minute Recovery for Beginners, for intermediate try to decrease recovery time. 3 sets of workouts 2 through 5
