6 Workouts for a Full Stretch By Tamu McPherson
With all the working out we’ve been doing, I didn’t want you to forget to stretch. Crucial after every workout, stretching helps your muscles to recover from the demands of physical activity. Avoid muscle tightness, cramping and unnecessary injury by trying out these stretches in the video. Let me know if you love them and please share your favorites in the comments below. 1. Tricep, Side and Arm Stretch – 30 Seconds Each Arm
2. Pike / Squat – 3 Minutes
3. Hamstring, Inner Thigh and Quad – 4 Minutes (2 Minutes per Leg)
4. Pretzel – 1 Minute (30 Seconds each side)
5. Dog Stretch – 2 Minutes
6. Cat Stretch – 1 Minute
1 Minute Recovery for Beginners, for intermediate try to decrease recovery time.
