I’m back with another fitness moment for you. This time I’m focusing on slimming exercises that tie together everything else we’ve been working on for a leaner and toned effect. Accessories: 3kg Hand Weights

1. Opposite Kicks – 1 Minute
2. Jump Wood Chops – 1 Minute
3. Drop Squat Jumps – 1 Minute
4. Burpees – 1 Minute
5. 2 Feet Lateral Hops in Place – 1 Minute

1 Minute Recovery for Beginners, for intermediate try to decrease recovery time.
3 sets of all workouts
