There is no denying our cult addiction to anything and everything CAP Beauty. I mean, when they say jump, we say how high. So, when they came out with their latest line of adaptogens, they were instantly in our cart ready to be purchased. Sprinkling adaptogens in my morning coffee has become my morning ritual and I am so open to introducing new ones whenever I finish a cycle. Mixing it up every once and a while keeps my body from becoming too used to them.

My Tried and True Facial Toners

The products that make it into my daily ritual may constantly be changing, but my steps are always basically the same: cleanse, tone, moisturize. Toners tend to get a bad rap, because some formulas can lead to serious dehydration.  Alcohol-based toners especially can cause sebum overproduction by striping the skin of natural oils – so your skin will be left feeling super clean, but also stripped of its moisture. The alternative if a water-based toner, which is the perfect layering base before applying oil-based products, which means that all of those serums you have been going crazy for these last few years will work perfectly.  When paired with the right water-based toner, your face oil will become a proper moisturizer.
