Fall/Winter 18/19 is all about strong graphic prints; the big cats, the zebras, the reptiles, the flora, the tartans and the ubiquitous logos. Therefore, ladies and gentlemen (specifically Andrew), your friend here is living her Her. Best. Life. And, this is a great season for my wardrobe heroes. Take this Miu Miu checked blazer, it is currently my second skin. It somehow works with every single look that I put together. Maybe it just works with the 70s style palette currently dominating the scene  (and my closet). Or maybe it’s just that good. Roomy with boxy shoulders, a veritable 80s throwback (but refreshed), it manages to frame the ultimate FW18/19 silhouette. I can’t say enough how much I love finding a piece that gives so much in terms of wearability and style. Get used to seeing it a lot this season – I’m on outfit 152.

That time I took this Selena Gomez for Coach Look for a Spin in Soho

I will not take credit for this look, other than adding the Céline goggle-style sunglasses and these pink metallic booties. The outfit was a gift courtesy of Coach from their collaboration with Selena Gomez. The brand delivered it along with a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my hotel in NY during fashion week, and it was hanging in my closet when it arrived. It was a wonderful surprise…

You order your favorite FW18/19 Rosie Assoulin trousers (Roki recently wrote about flare trousers) and, to match, a fabulous Hellessy top – a designer that you’ve always wanted to wear, but for one reason or another never had the opportunity to get your hands on. The two pieces arrive and you squoosh your post all-August- long rosé/Mexican/summer American cuisine body into the trousers (that’s ok they’ll fit perfectly after a few weeks of responsible eating); but, your new top is too big because alas, you weren’t familiar with the brand’s fit.
